Prayers for Billy's family. He was an awesome person to grow up with. Always being a funny guy. He was a compassionate person and loved his family. Gone way to soon but will never be forgotten.Heaven has surely received an Angel.

I feel very blessed to have Billy as a best friend since our high school days. What a great person that brought so much joy to those around him. So sorry to the entire Dobson family. I still can't believe he was called to Heaven so soon but will see you again my friend. God Bless You !!!
