don’t think there are words big enough to express the depth of my gratitude to Monaghan and their entire team. Losing my precious son, Alasohn, at just 16 days old was the most devastating and life-shattering experience of my life. In those fragile, confusing, and unbearable moments, the kindness, compassion, and patience shown by everyone at Monaghan felt like a gentle light guiding me through the darkest tunnel I’ve ever walked.

From the very first phone call, they treated me and my baby with the deepest respect and tenderness. They understood that Alasohn was not just another case, but my whole heart, my entire world. When it came time to see my baby for the last time before his cremation, they created a space that was peaceful, beautiful, and full of dignity. I will forever hold that memory in my heart, knowing my son was cared for as if he were their own.

In such a vulnerable and heartbreaking moment, it’s rare to find people who can hold your pain so delicately while also helping you navigate the necessary steps you never imagined you’d have to take. Monaghan didn’t just provide a service—they gave me comfort, support, and the assurance that my little boy’s journey was handled with love from start to finish.

To anyone who may ever have to walk this painful path, I would want them to know that there are places like Monaghan where your grief is honored, your loved one is cherished, and you are given the time and space to say goodbye in the most meaningful way possible.
