I am so sorry for your loss. May the words of our loving heavenly Father bring your family comfort and strength during this most difficult time as He promises to bring our loved ones back to life in a perfect world where there will be no more suffering or death (John 5:28-29 & Revelation 21:4).

Kent, Wendy, Ted, and family
I am sorry for your loss. I loved my Aunt Kathryn, she was very special to me, she always had a big hug for me, was so warm and kind, seemed to always be in her kitchen scurrying about taking care of everyone and everything, she kept a beautiful home, was a great cook, and I have many fond memories visiting your family and being with her.
After not seeing her for many many years, I finally visited both of your parents at their new home in Mechanicsville, and Aunt Kathryn gave me a wonderful surprise, a beautiful China tea service that my Dad had shipped to her from Japan while he was stationed there in the army. She said she had boxed it up for the move but saved it to give to me. She was so thoughtful that way. I shall miss her laugh, her smile, her warm generous spirit.

Prayers for the entire family! I remember when I was growing up, staying the summers with my Grandma Ginny, we would always visit her brother-Uncle TB and Aunt Kathryn, she was always so sweet and kind to me! I remember bringing plants and flowers back from their house and planting them when we got back to grandma's house. I will always have sweet memories of her!

Dear Wendy and Ted and family,

Cousin William called to tell me about "Aunt" Kathryn. Waltz and I had so many wonderful visits with her over the years, and I sweetly remember how she and I talked about our families over the years. I loved her warm, hospitable manner. She never seemed to tire of welcoming others into her home. She prepared a beautiful place for you and Uncle TB always. What a gifted, intelligent, engaging person she was! I have missed her and Uncle TB over the years and especially since Waltz's death. I love you all and send my deepest support to you during this time. Love, Louise Maynor
