Venita Ann (Schmidt) Sanders

Sanders, Venita “Schmidt”, 87, of Richmond departed this life on June 12, 2026. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mildred “Kiester” Schmidt and Clarence Schmidt; her siblings, Alice (Jim) and Gary (Judy). She is survived by her children, Joyce (Cindy), Lynn, Jean; her grandchild, Stormi; and many thanks to family friend Dwayne Martin.

She was known for her amazing cooking and her quilting work. Venita was a woman who loved eating, baking desserts, and cooking. She would enjoy her comfy chair and loved to visit family in Kansas.

Venita will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
