Mangum, Troy Dwayne, 55, of Goodland, KS, passed away at Goodland Regional Medical Center in Goodland, Kansas on April 21, 2024. He was born on January 22, 1969, to Waylon Thomas & Gloria (Hart) Mangum in Richmond, Virginia. Troy graduated from Massanutten Military Academy in 1988. He loved Jesus, war history, Coca-Cola, his family, and Johnny Cash. Troy is survived by his mother, Gloria Mangum, his children Michael and Mikayla, longtime friend, Sherry Thomas and his siblings, Cyndi (Phil) Dobler, Vicky (Don) Mangan, Wendy Rankin, Roy (Kerith) Mangum, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Angela Mangum and his father Waylon “Shot” Thomas Mangum. A private interment will be held at his father’s grave with a reception to follow from 2- 4 pm, June 1, 2024, at his mother’s home.
