Shirley Ann (Hatch) Wright

WRIGHT, Shirley Ann Hatch; 80, of Mechanicsville, VA, went  home to be with our Lord on June 14, 2020. She was born July 5, 1939 in Hanover County to the late, John and Virginia Hatch. She is survived by her devoted husband of 64 years, Virgil L Wright, Sr.; She was a dedicated wife and loving mother. She is remembered by her 3 children, Virgil ‘Lenny’ Wright, Jr. and his wife Wendy: David Lee Wright ,Sr. and his wife Diane; and Sherry L. Pardon and her husband Doc; 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking, family time, camping and traveling with her husband. She was a member of Ray of Hope Pentecostal Church in Richmond, Va. The family will receive friends, Tuesday, June, 16, 2020 from 4- 8 pm at Monaghan Funeral Home, 7300 Creighton Pkwy., Mechanicsville, VA 23111 where a Celebration of Life service will be held at 10 am, Wednesday, June 17, 2020 with internment to follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
