Shirley Stradtner Obituary
STRADTNER, Shirley Elizabeth- 83 of Richmond, Virginia gained her heavenly wings on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Lee Stradtner; her son, James Phillips; and her parents, Edward and Eleanor Parrish. She is survived by five daughters, Joan Martin (Eddie), Julie Phillips, Abbey Barillas (Rudy), Cayce Stradtner, and Emily Stradtner; her daughter-in-law, Donna Lynn Phillips; twelve grandchildren, Heather, Brandon, Jasmin, DJ, Sarah, Michael, Timmy, Amanda Gayle, Ashton, Ryan, Nora, and Marco; fourteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and a sister, Lois Foss (Doug). Liz was a registered nurse for over 31 years. She loved nursing and caring for people. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an active practitioner of the BaháΚΌí Faith. She enjoyed music, reading, the beach, and loved animals. Her kindness and compassionate heart will be greatly missed. A graveside service will be held at 11 am, Monday, July 15, 2024, at Oakwood Cemetery, 3101 Nine Mile Road, Richmond, VA 23223.
