Samantha Mitchell

Mitchell, Samantha- 38 of Mechanicsville, VA departed this life, on Saturday, January 13, 2024. Samantha’s parents thank God for the privilege of raising one of His most precious angels for far too short a time. We also acknowledge all those who were so important to her life, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, job coaches, co-workers, drivers, hairdressers, doctors, counselors, librarians, and family friends. May we all remember her sweet, loving, kindness, and find comfort in her sense of humor, honesty, laughter, and grace for all our days. I offer a special acknowledgment to Officer Roy who was “my person” when I needed a calming presence. A gathering to honor Samantha’s life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name can be made to Friends of the Mechanicsville Library, or Hanover Humane Society.
