Ralph Edward Hottle

HOTTLE, Ralph Edward; 93, of Mechanicsville, VA went to be with the Lord, March 21, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Jean Hottle; 3 brothers, Raymond, Eugene, and Kenneth; 2 sisters, Colleen and Juanita. Ralph is survived by his children, Mark Hottle (Carol), Debbie Dowdy (Stuart), and Roxanne Stinnett (David); 7 grandchildren; Mandy (John), Luke (Farah), Hannah, Abigail, Taylor, Alyssa, and Sophia; 9 great-grandchildren; Parker, Laila, Remley, Adam, Lola, Nora, Maryann, Addie, and Colby. Ralph also known as “Papa”,  loved the Lord and sports.  He was a Redskins superfan; loved the UVA Caveliers, golf, coaching, bowling, and softball. He was a former usher and keyholder for Mechanicsville Christian Center and was currently attending online services with Destination Church. Ralph worked as an agent for Home Beneficial Life Insurance for 27 years before he retired.  His greatest joy was his time spent with his family. He will be greatly missed.
