Norman Joseph Elliott

ELLIOTT, Norman J. – 64 of Mechanicsville, VA passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 25, 2024. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Ryland Elliott, and a sister, Janet E. Harris. He is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Joan Harris Elliott; his daughter, Meredith Brooke Elliott; his mother, Connie Elliott Peaks; two sisters, Linda Duffy (Jimmy), and Sandra Karaffa (David); and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Norman was a 1977 graduate of Lee-Davis High School, and the owner of Plan B Design and Fabrication, Inc. He enjoyed the beach, hunting, fishing, ice hockey, and hanging out listening to music. He loved cars and was a die-hard Mopar guy. Norman was a loving and devoted husband and father, and he will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends from 5 - 7 pm, Friday, February 2, 2024, at Monaghan Funeral Home, 7300 Creighton Pkwy., Mechanicsville, VA. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 3, 2024, at Gethsemane Church of Christ, 5146 Mechanicsville, VA 23111. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Kidney Foundation or Boy Scouts of America.
