Nicole Elizabeth Daily

DAILY, Nicole Elizabeth – 34 of Mechanicsville, VA, went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 12, 2024. She is preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Dorothy. She is survived by her husband, Tripp McIntyre; parents, Gregg and Kelly Daily; brother, Curtis Daily (Casey); nephew, Cooper Daily; grandmother, Helen Ramsey (Bob); father and mother-in-law, Richard and Stephanie McIntyre; sister-in-law, Morganne McIntyre; aunt, Karen Dean; uncle, Kent Daily; grandmother-in-law, Vivian McIntyre; and many other beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins. Nicole was newly appointed principal of Tappahannock Elementary School after working as a 3rd and 4th grade special education teacher for several years. She played softball for Radford University but transferred and graduated from VCU with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Nicole also recently earned her master’s in educational leadership from the American College of Education.  She began coaching middle and high school softball with several students awarded college athletic scholarships. Nicole cherished time with loved ones whether at the beach, diving into a captivating book, or engaging in sports like softball. She believed in finding the balance in life. One of her favorite pastimes was playing golf with her husband, Tripp, as she always loved the outdoors and friendly competition, and had an uncanny ability to conquer every escape room she encountered.
