THOMPSON, Mark, 55, of Mechanicsville, VA went to be with the Lord, December 17, 2020. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Angela Dawson, and Annette Pierce; stepbrother, Roy Smith, Jr.; and his father, Hugh Thompson. Mark is survived by his daughter, Kandice Taylor; son, Ryan Thompson; mother and stepfather, Ellen and Roy Smith, Sr.; girlfriend, Tanya Flournoy; stepdaughter, Megan Flournoy; stepson, Timothy Flournoy, Jr.; a sister, Cheryl Thompson; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Mark was a handyman. He loved his family, especially his children and grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date, pending Covid restrictions.
