Mark Charles ("Chuck") Leeper

LEEPER, Chuck – 60 of Mechanicsville, VA departed this life on Monday, November 10, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Duke and Jean Leeper. He is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Desiree Heatherly Leeper; two sons, Jerry Joseph Halbeisen (Brittany) and Cody Leeper (Jordyn); five grandchildren, Joseph, Caleb, Ethan, Abigail, and Everly; four sisters, Sharon Dinicola (Jim), Leslie Weir (Greg), Connie Baker, and Rachel Hudson (Timothy); and his fur baby, “Little Dog”. Chuck proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps. He loved the outdoors, hunting, woodworking, and masonry. He was an animal lover and John Deere Tractor fan. His greatest joy was spending time with his wife and family. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends from 11 am – noon on Monday, November 17, 2025, at Monaghan Funeral Home, 7300 Creighton Parkway, Mechanicsville, VA 23111, with a funeral service to follow at noon. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
