GOSWICK, Margaret “Peggy”, 85, of Richmond, Virginia, went to be with the Lord on March 15, 2026. She is preceded in death by her mother, Edith Dunkum; her sons, David Fulwider and Scott Fulwider; and her great-granddaughter, Jasmyne Montez. She is survived by her children, Peggy Conway, Kenneth Fulwider, and Ronald Fulwider Sr.; her 14 grandchildren David, Brandi, Kevin, Crystal (Jesse Sr.), Ronald Jr. (Krissy), Lindsey (Paul), Travis, Mindy (Lance), Anthony, Austin, Hunter, Tammy, James, and Jennifer (Stephen); 19 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren; her cousin, Barbara Perry; and many other devoted family members and friends.
Peggy was a machine operator at Philip Morris for over 28 years. She found great joy in life’s simple pleasures—caring for her four beloved cats, thrifting for hidden treasures, singing, and enjoying the beauty of flowers and birdwatching. She cherished time spent dining out with family and friends and was deeply devoted to her faith. An active member of Carlisle Avenue Baptist Church, Peggy also attended Laurel Hill Global Methodist Church, where she found community and fellowship.
The family will receive friends from 12 - 2 PM on Friday, March 27, 2026, at Monaghan Funeral Home, 7300 Creighton Pkwy, Mechanicville, VA 23111, with a funeral service to follow at 2 PM. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 4000 Pilots Lane, Richmond, VA 23222. A celebration of life will follow at 4 PM at Laurel Hill Global Methodist Church, 1919 New Market Rd, Henrico, VA 23231.
