Lana Volgyi

VOLGYI, Lana – 80 of Henrico, was called home by the Lord on Friday, August 30, 2024. She is preceded in death by her husband, Laddie; parents, Catherine and Roy Trail; brother, Lynn Trail; and sisters, Mamie Edminsten and Kay Hartsock. She is survived by her loving daughter, Mandy Yubeta (Richard); sister, Becky Davis (Phil); nephews, Harold Hartsock and Stephen Volgyi; niece, Sherri Worrell; bonus daughter, Suzanne Rainey (Richard); extended family, Carol and Freddy Finn; and many other family and friends. Lana loved tending to her beautiful roses and scenic yard, as well as sitting on her porch enjoying a cup of coffee with her friends, family, and neighbors.  She loved her grand dogs and had a special relationship with Daisy, JoyGrace, and Chiquita. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Suncrest Hospice for their care. A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local animal shelter or animal rescue group of your choice.
