Kenneth Wayne Sharpe, Sr.

SHARPE, Sr., Kenneth W. 59, of Henrico, VA, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, December 9, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gayle Sharpe; his mother, Mildred Sharpe; his father, Allen Sharpe, Sr.; his brother, Allen, Jr; and his sister, Tammy Sharpe. He is survived by 7 children, KJ Sharpe (Kaitlin), Elizabeth Cauthorne (Justin), Tiffany Cottrell, Kayla Sharpe, Brandon Sharpe (Laney), Tamara Sharpe, and Matthew Sharpe; a bonus child, King; 11 grandchildren, Mariah, Faith, Hunter, Abi, Hayden, Josiah, Grace, Sariyah, Nathan, Kynslee, and Aubree; 5 brothers, Harry, Jeffery, Tommy, Ricky, and William; a sister, Shirley; and many other relatives and friends. Kenny loved to hunt, fish, and shoot guns. He was a loving and devoted dad as well as a father figure to all his children’s friends. He cherished his time spent with his family and will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends from 3 – 7 pm, Sunday, December 12, 2021, at Monaghan Funeral Home, 7300 Creighton Pkwy., Mechanicsville, VA 23111.  All other services will be private.
