Julie Anne Hilt

HILT, Julie Anne, 56, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 23, 2021. She was preceded in death by her mother, Janice Hilt; her brother-in-law, Edward Sannuti; and her nephew, Evan Sannuti. Left behind to cherish her memory are her father, Richard Hilt; her sisters, Beth Hilt and Annette Sannuti; her nieces, Shannon Sannuti (Matthew Dowdy) and Renae Anderson (David); and her great-nephews, Richter Dowdy and Blake Anderson; and many other relatives and friends, both locally and in Wisconsin where she was born.  The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to her doctors, nurses, and other medical staff at the Medical College of Virginia Hospital in Richmond, Virginia, for their compassion and for the excellent care they provided her. The family will receive friends for a celebratory sharing of stories and memories of Julie’s life, from 1 to 3 PM on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at Monaghan Funeral Home, 7300 Creighton Pkwy, Mechanicsville, VA 23111 with a  Memorial Service to immediately follow at 3 PM.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Julie’s memory can be made to the charity of your choice or to the American Heart Association at https://www.heart.org.
