John Albert Price

PRICE, John Albert, 74, of Highland Springs, VA, passed away on July 6, 2025. He is preceded in death by his father, Albert Price, and his mother, Iris Dewell Price. He is survived by his son, John (Jay) Price Jr. (Clarissa); his granddaughter, Madeline Price, his brothers; David (Cindy) and Dan (Diane) Price, nephews; Kevin Price and Michael Price, nieces; Melanie Wynne and Amy Edwards, and lifelong friends, Wayne and Billy Rickmon, as well as numerous friends and colleagues, who loved him dearly. John was honorably discharged after serving four years in the United States Army National Guard, before working in the nuclear power industry. He then devoted his remaining work life to a job he truly enjoyed, working at various golf courses, most recently, Brookwoods Golf Club. John was an avid sports fan, who loved the New York Yankees and the Philadelphia Eagles. He loved golfing with his son and close friends; and was also a history and trivia buff. A private service will take place at a later date.
