GRAVES, James Browning (J.B.) peacefully passed away at Bon Secours Community Hospice House on August 29, 2021, after a prolonged fight with cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents, George James, and Elizabeth Browning Graves. He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Mary, and his son Jimmy. Also left to hold his memory dear are his sister, Eunice Gibbs of Pratts, VA and two nieces, Wanda Gibbs Heath (Paul Utz) and Pam Wells (Doug); and long-time friend Howard Carpenter. All services will be private.
