Frank Wayne Rader

RADER, Frank W. 80, of Washington, DC went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 14, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Carroll Herget, and Charles Rader; and his brother, Timothy Herget. He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Linda Wine Rader; his daughter, Melissa Rader Johnson (Ryan); his son, Timothy Rader; and his granddaughters, Lillian and Eloise Johnson. Frank was a retired Capital Police officer. He played keyboard/ piano in Deja Blue, a blues band. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, and playing softball. Frank was a jokester with a great sense of humor. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
