WELLS, Jr., Everett “Frank” Franklin; 58, of Mechanicsville, VA has finally found peace and will soon be laid to rest. He was met in heaven by his parents, Everett Franklin Wells Sr. and Ercyal Clarice Wells. He is survived by his daughter Amber Wickline as well as various relatives. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
