LEWIS, JR., Emory Wilson, 85, of Mechanicsville, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 22, 2025. He is preceded in death by his parents, Emory Wilson Lewis, Sr. and Evelyn B. Lewis; his uncle, Malhon Figg; his aunt, Virginia B. Figg; his grandmother, Gracie Baggett; his former wife, Noel M. Farley; and his loving companions, Bandit, Dakota, and Brody. He is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Kelly W. Lewis; his sons, Dean Lewis (Larry) and Ryan Lewis (Laura); his daughter, Paige Lewis (Brett Pace); his brother, Tommy Lewis (Marie); and the apple of his eye, granddaughter, Millie Rose Lewis aka Minnie Pearl. Wilson was a Mason of the ACCA Temple Shriners, Legion of Richmond East Moose Lodge and a charter member of the Tappahannock Moose Lodge. He enjoyed taking rides on his motorcycles. Wilson loved to go hunting and fishing whenever he could. He really enjoyed spending time at the river with his friends and family. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday, May 30th, 2025 at Monaghan Funeral Home, 7300 Creighton Parkway, Mechanicsville, VA 23111, with a Celebration of Life to follow at 12:00 PM. The interment will be private. The family wants to give a special thank you to the loving and compassionate care of Amy and Shireen of Bristol Hospice of Richmond.
