Donna Sue (Eades) Powell

POWELL, Donna Eades, 64 of Henrico, VA departed this life on January 27, 2025. Donna was born on January 13, 1961. She graduated from Henrico High School class of 1979. After High School Donna followed her passion for nursing by attending the Bon Secours School of Nursing where she received her practical nursing license (LPN) and was able to pursue a career in nursing. On June 4, 1983, Donna Married the love of her life, Michael. Soon after, the two started a family together. Left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband of 42 years and 7 months, Micheal A. Powell; 4 daughters, Michelle White (Walter), Danielle Powell, Nicholle Sweet (Daniel), Rachelle Jenney (Ryan); 2 grandchildren, Zander Sweet and Charlotte Jenney; a brother, James Eades; a sister, Susan Furcron (Danny); and her mother-in-law, Rose Powell.   The family will receive friends from 12 – 1 pm, on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at Monaghan Funeral Home. 7300 Creighton Pkwy., Mechanicsville, VA 23111 with a funeral service to begin at 1 pm. Interment will follow at Signal Hill Memorial Park.
