Deborah Spicer Obituary

SPICER, Deborah K. Went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, March 30, 2024. She was preceded by her parents, Clarence W. Ashbrook, and Mildred L. Ashbrook; her grandparents, Jessie Williams, and Ofielin Kolas; and her uncle Ben Williams. She is survived by her beloved husband, Charles Spicer Sr; her son, Charles Spicer Jr; her sister, Pamela Smith; and her niece and nephew.
