Deborah Lynn Crouch

CROUCH, Deborah Lynn- 58, of Mechanicsville, VA went to be with the Lord, on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. She is preceded in death by her beloved son, Christopher Yacklon, and her parents, William and Barbara Carter. She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Tracy Scott Crouch; her daughter Crystal Crowder (Ray); her son, Charlie Yacklon (Ashley); four grandchildren, Angel and Jacob Crowder and Corban and Avalynn Yacklon; two sisters, Donna Chitty (Marc), and Jennifer Rawls (Brian); and many other nieces, nephews, and friends. Deborah was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her family and the Lord. She was a strong, independent woman, who worked hard to put herself through school while raising her children. She was proud to be a Certified Nursing Assistant and cherished the lasting friendships she made with her patients and their families. Deborah loved to be near the water and palm trees. She enjoyed shopping on Amazon as well as from thrift stores and yard sales. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm, on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Gethsemane Church of Christ, 5146 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Mechanicsville, VA 23111. In lieu of flowers, donations in her honor can be made to the Suicide Prevention Resource Center.
