Carlton Arthur Haynes

Haynes, Carlton Arthur, 76, of Mechanicsville, passed away from heart complications on May 4, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, A.B. “Doc” and Elizabeth “Billy” Haynes of Mechanicsville. He is survived by his two children, Christine H. Hall (Garry) and Michael B. Haynes; seven grandchildren, his sister, Joyce H. Via; and his long-time friend Holly Hues. Carlton was a lifelong resident of Hanover County and a Lee-Davis High School graduate.  He was a builder before pursing his true passion which was farming.  A Graveside service will be held, 11 AM, Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at Walnut Grove Baptist Church, 7046 Cold Harbor Rd, Mechanicsville, VA 23111.
