Barbara (Wierback) McNeice

Barbara McNeice - 82, of Henrico, VA, formerly of Medford and Central Islip, NY, went to be with the Lord on January 24, 2026.  She is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, John (Jack) Joseph McNeice. She is survived by her two children, Desiree (Kim) and John (and the late Laurie); granddaughters, Meghan Lowry (Michael) and their daughters, Quinn and Laurel; Rachel; and Jackie (Edwin Londono) and her son, Dexter, and their daughter, Camden.

Barbara deeply loved her family, all of her pets, along with Mahjong, Mai Tais, reading, her pool, and the beach.

The family will receive friends from 11:30 to 12 noon, Monday, February 16, 2026, at Monaghan Funeral Home, 7300 Creighton Parkway, Mechanicsville, VA 23111.  A funeral service with a Rosary service will begin at 12 noon followed by a reception, prior to Interment at Hanover Memorial Park Cemetery, 4447 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Mechanicsville, VA 23111.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the SPCA.
