Amy Elizabeth (Johns) Tinnel

TINNEL, Amy Johns- 54 of Mechanicsville, VA gained her heavenly wings, Monday, July 22, 2024. She is survived by her beloved husband of 23 years, Timothy Allen Tinnel; three children, Justin Tinnel, Stephen Delbridge (Madison), and Kaitlin Tinnel Hubbard; three grandchildren, Natalie, Ryliegh, and Hailey; her sister-in-law, Nancy Tinnel Puello (Luis); and many other relatives and dear friends. Amy was a hairstylist and salon manager for Ulta Beauty. She had a great passion for hairstyling as well as being a friend and mentor to others. She was an excellent motivator and loved to see others succeed in reaching their dreams and goals. She enjoyed crafting, trips to the beach and the time she shared with her family and friends. Amy spread love wherever she went. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, and will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends for a Celebration of Life from 1 – 4 pm, Sunday, July 28, 2024, at Monaghan Funeral Home, 7300 Creighton Pkwy., Mechanicsville, VA 23111. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory should be made to breast cancer research.
