Travis Turner Williams

WILLIAMS, Travis Turner, 38,  of Hanover, VA, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, April 24, 2018. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Leslie Louis Williams, Russell G. Acors Jr. and Elizabeth Acors. Travis is survived by his loving wife, Cassie Williams; his daughter and pride and joy, Talon Williams, a step-daughter, Aubrey; his mother, Teresa Williams Acors; devoted dad, Russ Acors; grandmother, Gloria Williams; sister, Lisa Martin; brother, Brian Acors (Leah); nephews, Blake and Jordan; niece, Presleigh; and many other family and friends. Travis loved hunting and fishing. He loved helping people and coaching his daughter’s softball team. His greatest passion was spending time with his family, especially his daughter, who was the light of his life. The family will receive friends, Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm, at Monaghan Funeral Home, 7300 Creighton Pkwy. Mechanicsville, VA 23111; and Thursday, April 26, 2018, from 10am – 12pm at Hillcrest Baptist Church, 11342 Hillcrest Rd., Hanover, VA 23069; followed by a Funeral Service starting at noon.
