VANN, Rylie-Jane Brooklyn, born an angel, Tuesday, October 9, 2018. She was greeted in heaven by her paternal grandmother, Teresa Barrett and her maternal great- grandfather, Hubert Ashley Creel. Left here to miss her are her adoring parents, Michael and Cassey Vann; brother, Brayden Tisdale; sister, Alexis Vann; Maternal grandparents, Earl and Susan Williams; Paternal grandparents, Arthur and Donna Vann; and an Aunt, Brooke Elder (Matt).
