Please accept the sincere sympathy of the Richmond Sail and Power Squadron on the death of your father. We have many fond memories of happy times shared together on and off the water.
Once again he and John Tighe will be together looking out for each other. Heaven will never be the same with those two reunited.

Mr.Fulton I am so sorry for your loss. I didnt know your father for very long but he was a very nice man. It was my pleasure and honor to work with him. My prayers are with you and your family at this time.
