Steve C. Mason

Mason, Steve C. 61, of Aylett, VA went to be with the Lord, Friday, July 30, 2021. He was preceded in death by his mother, Frances Mason, and his sister Wanda White.  Steve is survived by his devoted wife of 39 years, Deborah Mason; his daughter, Jessica Johnson (Brian); his son, Justin Mason (Caitlin); six grandchildren, Cody, Brayden, Skyler, Ryan, JJ, and Brady; his father, Henry Mason (Trudy); his beloved fur baby, Hammy; and many other family and friends.  Steve loved muscle cars and fast boats. He was also a UVA Cavaliers and Orioles fan. His greatest love was his family, and he was completely devoted to them. The family will receive friends, Thursday, August 5, 2021, from 5 – 8 pm, at Monaghan Funeral Home. 7300 Creighton Pkwy., Mechanicsville, VA 23111 where a funeral service will be held at noon, Friday, August 6, 2021, with interment to follow at Hanover Memorial Park.
