Jackie (Howell) Bangert

BANGERT, Jackie H. 65, of Mechanicsville, VA went to be with the Lord, Friday, July 23, 2021. She is survived by her husband, William Bangert; her mother, Myrtle M. Sauls; her daughter, Chastity Baldwin; son, Joshua Bangert; five grandchildren, Jeremy Baldwin, Addisyn Seay, Ethan Bangert, Makayla Bangert, and Sebastian Bangert; her brother, Gary Sauls; and last but not least, 2 grand-dogs, Uno and Apollo. Jackie enjoyed several hobbies including, making crafts, fishing, traveling, nature, watching The Big Bang Theory and multiple gameshows. She was always there to root for any sports teams that her family was on. Taking care of them was her greatest joy. The family will receive friends, Friday, July 30, 2021, from 10 am – 12 pm at Monaghan Funeral Home, 7300 Creighton Pkwy., Mechanicsville, VA 23111, where a funeral service will be held at noon. Interment will follow at 2 pm, at Amelia Veteran’s Cemetery, 10300  Pridesville Rd. Amelia Courthouse, VA 23002.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Jude’s, the Wounded Warrior Project, The Republican National Committee or your local SCPA.
