RUMBAUGH, Glenn E. (Breezy), 79, of Waiteville, WV, formerly of South Charleston, WV, and Mechanicsville, VA, passed away on May 7, 2022, with his daughter by his side in Mechanicsville, VA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin S. and Ruby Gandee Rumbaugh; his son, James Glenn (JG) Rumbaugh; and his grandson, Brandon James Peddicord. He is survived by his daughter, Mikki Rumbaugh, of Mechanicsville, VA; a sister, Phyllis (John) Fenwick and a brother, Steve Rumbaugh, both of South Charleston; and several nieces and nephews. He was a 1961 graduate of South Charleston High School, a former employee of AT&T and retired as an independent contractor for Electric Power Inc. (EPI) out of Chester, VA. A private service will be held by the immediate family in Waiteville.
