The Monaghan family has served Richmond and surrounding areas for over 100 years.

Jerry and Kevin, funeral service licensees, worked for a large funeral home in Richmond combining over 60 years of experience. Their father and mentor, John Monaghan had over 40 years of service in the funeral industry before his passing in 2004.

“Kevin and I saw a lack of compassion with the larger funeral homes and the focus on the bottom line. It was this sad observation that prompted us to build our own facility and bring back the love and compassion that families deserve.”

We want to make sure every family feels as if they are our own and to make the experience as painless and dignified as possible.
